Frank
CEO/ Master Barber
Frank is currently building barber education, and mentoring barbers to help them grow in both skill and professionalism. While he remains present and actively involved, he is not taking clients at this time.
With 14 years of experience in the industry, his journey began at just 15 years old when he discovered a passion for the art of cutting hair. Inspired by the advanced techniques of Florida barbers, he dedicated a year to refining his craft in Florida, sharpening his skills and elevating his expertise.
Born in the Bronx, NY, and raised between the diverse cultures of Maryland and Florida, he brings a well-rounded perspective to his work. Outside of his career, he is devoted to serving in ministry and enjoys playing the keyboard and guitar.

Creative Barber Director
Meet Omar, a talented barber with 4 years of experience dedicated to helping clients look and feel their best. His passion for creativity shines not only in the barbershop but also in his love for photography and anime. With a keen eye for detail,

Xavier
Master Barber
Xavier is a licensed barber since 2018 and just recently achieved his Master Barber license in 2025.
Xavier focuses on making every haircut memorable for his clients.
He loves that haircuts create timeless memories.
When he’s not in the shop, he’s spending quality time with his daughter and family, working out, or volunteering.

Quanian
Barber
You can call him Q. A young military veteran, recently relocated back home to the DMV after starting his barbering career in Florida.
He prioritizes leaving a client feeling sharp, refreshed and ready for any occasion. Outside of the shop you’ll find him somewhere cutting family and friends. He aims to bring a comfortable feeling as if he's known his clients for years.

Cristina
Barber
Cristina started her journey in grooming with a passion for precision—first with dogs and now with people. After working as dog groomer, she found herself drawn to the artistry and culture of the barbershop, where she now hones her craft with skill and dedication. When she’s not behind the chair, she loves spending time with her Mexican family, embracing her roots, and enjoying the moments that matter most.

Manny
Barber
Meet Manny, from the big state of Texas and now residing in the DMV area. He brings his passion to all types of cuts, especially long hair and fades. Found his talent and career at a very young age.
When he is not behind the chair, you can find him enjoying time with animals or hitting the gym. He loves nature and fitness.

Kevo
Barber
With over 20 years of barbering experience, Kevo’s journey began in Lebanon, where he owned and operated his own barbershop.
Two years ago, he brought his skills and passion to the U.S., continuing to deliver precision haircuts that leave clients looking and feeling their best. Fluent in Armenian, Arabic, French, and English.
Beyond the chair, he’s an MMA instructor and an avid adventurer who enjoys freediving, loves soccer and snowboarding.

Rami
Barber
Rami started cutting hair at just 14, turning his high school bathroom into his first barbershop. What began as a simple hobby quickly grew into a true passion—driven by hustle, genuine connection. Proud to be a CODA barber, fluent in American Sign Language (ASL), ready to welcome and communicate with our Deaf and hard-of-hearing clients.

Five years later, Rami continues to evolve and sharpen his craft. Proud of his Lebanese, Palestinian, and Dominican roots, he brings culture, style, and authenticity into every cut. When he’s not behind the chair, you’ll find him with his six dogs or shooting hoops on the court.

Dylan
Originally from small-town Canada, he made his way to Maryland with a passion for barbering, craftsmanship, and clean style.
Before picking up the clippers, he spent seven years as a Vehicle Technician in the Canadian Armed Forces.
A lifelong jack-of-all-trades, he’s drawn to vintage cars, skateboarding, hidden fishing holes, motorsports, martial arts, and travel. If you’re looking for a barber who blends vintage style, clean lines, and a touch of Canadian charm—pull up a chair.

Nico
With three years of experience behind the chair, Nico brings a genuine passion for hair and a commitment to making every client feel confident and taken care of.
Born and raised in the Bethesda area and a Walter Johnson High School graduate, Nico has been passionate about hair for as long as he can remember—from experimenting with color and different styles on his own hair to turning that passion into a career.

He believes a great haircut starts with a great consultation, taking the time to understand each client's style, preferences, and goals before getting started.

Eli
Junior Barber
Eli started cutting hair in 2024 after opening a home-based barbershop in his basement while attending Walt Whitman HS.
After graduating, he brought his barbering business to The Ohio State University, where he studies finance and entrepreneurship while serving a client base of more than 200 clients and multiple fraternities across campus.
Now back in his hometown for the summer at Sinatra’s Barbershop, Eli is focused on sharpening his skills and delivering clean, personalized cuts with an experience tailored to every client.
